Hello, My name is Mrs. Donna Horstkamp and I am excited about my 10th year as a Douglas County Teacher. I have previously worked at CLMS and spent the remainder of my time here at NDES.
I received my bachelor's in Special Education from the University of West Georgia in June 2010 and I am working on my Masters in Reading Instruction and Multi-Language Learners.
